NOTE: The frontend is hosted on Vercel using the Hobby plan. The backend is hosted on Render using the Indvidual plan. Both are on the lowest and free tier. Vercel will timeout requests after 5 seconds on this plan. If no joke is returned, wait a minute and try again so Render may spin up.
